The St. Regis New York had a great idea to promote the various holiday hotel events, packages and city-wide happenings to guests—a holiday happenings folder with customizable inserts.
We created a sleek mini-folder and designed inserts hotel associates could print, edit and use as needed. They were distributed throughout the landmark property as inquisitive guests approached staff about events.
The ability to edit, update and add inserts when new events or packages were added was a vital feature of this project. The folders were designed with a gusseted pocket to hold the promotional inserts, as well as hotel gift certificates, key cards and an associate business card. They were printed on brand spec’d Neenah Classic Crest paper in 2 colors, black and a metallic gold. Total project costs were approximately $2500.
